Remi Olajoyegbe spent over a decade at the top of global finance—leading the Equity Capital Markets Syndicate Desk at Goldman Sachs, before becoming MD and Global Head of Equity Syndicate at Renaissance Capital at the age of thirty-three. By every external measure, she had made it. And yet she was quietly disappearing inside it.
What followed was not a straight line. It was grief, burnout, and a decade of deep inner work with wisdom traditions from across the world—and the slow recognition that the most powerful leadership she had ever witnessed came not from the top of a hierarchy, but from women who had done the work of knowing themselves.
Lead Like A Goddess was born from that understanding. Remi is an accredited systemic constellations coach, strategic mentor and space holder with over fifteen years of experience working with C-suite and senior leaders across finance, law, fashion, technology and the arts. She is passionate about female empowerment, community, and the living world. She is the founder of Isumataq Collective and co-founder of Medicine Festival, bringing corporate expertise, ancestral wisdom and esoteric practice into every room she holds.
