Ladbroke Hall’s artists in residence participated in the curation of this new cultural scene, across sculpture, architecture, landscaping design, paintings and food: Sir Christopher Le Brun PPRA, Ingrid Donat, Nacho Carbonell, Vincenzo De Cotiis, Luciano Giubbilei, Emmanuele Pollini, Nicolas Schuybroek, Luciano Giubbilei, Robert Stadler, Michèle Lamy and Rick Owens.
The sculpture transforms Ladbroke Hall’s interior into a luminous, tree-like landscape. Emitting a soft glow. The chandelier embodies Carbonell’s vision of objects as living organisms, sparking creativity.
Up on the four plinths, the site-specific paintings are bathed in natural light, with large windows reflecting changing weather patterns, giving the paintings a dynamic, seasonal feel.
As an architect and designer, Vincenzo de Cotiis was called upon to create a dining room for Pollini. The circular bar is a sculptural feature and the focal point of the space. From the furniture to the fabrics and wall lights, de Cotiis has infused the room with his distinctive style, blending sleek futurism with the historic charm of Ladbroke Hall.
Luciano Giubbilei’s garden is a tranquil escape from the bustle of Ladbroke Grove, with its winding paths and lush bamboos. The Chelsea Flower Show winner has designed the Ladbroke Hall garden to incorporate features like the 1944 Prouvé House and Carpenters Workshop Gallery sculptures.
