Lucas Dorado – El Sueño

El Sueño (The Dream) is led by vibraphonist and composer Lucas Dorado, a Swiss-Argentine artist based in Paris. Blending jazz with Argentine folk traditions, his music invites listeners into a dreamlike world for the length of a concert.
Founded in 2023, El Sueño has quickly made a name for itself on the European jazz scene, playing renowned venues such as Zig Zag Jazzclub Berlin, Montenegro Jazz Festival, PizzaExpress Jazz Club London, and Duc des Lombards Paris. Lucas often invites guest vocalists to join the band, including Céline Rudolph, Ingrid Legrand, and Camille Bertault. In 2024, the group won the Audience Prize at the Tonnerre de Jazz competition in France.
Their debut album, El Sueño, came out in spring 2025 to strong reviews from France Musique, UK Jazz Magazine, and Deutschlandfunk Kultur, followed by a tour across Europe and Argentina and a live session on TSF Jazz. For this special occasion, the band will be joined by Aitzi Cofré, the Chilean singer based in London who also features on the El Sueño debut album.
