This Valentine’s Day, Stephen Webster ardently presents ‘‘I Wanna Be Yours…’, an exciting collaboration with the acclaimed punk poet and literary genius, John Cooper Clarke.

Stephen has been a huge fan of the poet since 1970s and later in life they became close friends with John even dedicating a poem to Stephen called ‘Solid Gold Geezer’. Inspired by Cooper Clarke’s famous poem “I Wanna Be Yours” where everyday objects are metamorphosed into displays of love and devotion, this capsule collection of pendants is inspired by John’s iconic pocket watch and his historic multi-coloured vinyl’s. Handcrafted in 18 carat gold, the flip-pendants feature an A & B side much like a vinyl record, with one liner extracts from the poem etched on different coloured enamels. Available in eight editions, including two personalised versions to pen your own ‘I Wanna Be Your…’, this playful collection celebrates the romance and British culture.

“John is a genius with words and being granted access to just one of his poems has been such an honour and treat for me and my team.”– Stephen Webster, MBE
