Sculpt with Sugar: Marzipan Modelling with Allegra D’Agnostini
2.00 pm – 3.15 pm | £35

Join chef and culinary artist Allegra D’Agostini for an interactive, hands-on marzipan modelling session. Learn to colour, shape and sculpt marzipan into edible objects, with demonstrations, references and plenty of room for your own creativity.

All skill levels are welcome, and everyone will take home their own marzipan sculptures.

Based between London and Toronto, Allegra’s culinary practice explores food, art and the natural world. With over seven years’ experience in leading kitchens across Europe and North America, she creates edible installations, commissioned works, catering and collaborative events.

Threads of Malai: A Beading Workshop with Nymph Vasinee

Inspired by Thai Garland Making
4 pm – 5 pm | £25

Inspired by traditional Thai garland making, this hands-on workshop invites participants to create a beaded charm using handcrafted gelatine beads shaped like Thai flowers. Through threading and assembling, explore craft as a way to slow down, share stories, and connect with culture. The biodegradable beads offer a contemporary reinterpretation of traditional Thai floral forms.

Each participant will leave with a handmade charm and a shared experience of making together.

Nymph Vasinee is a Thai multidisciplinary designer based in London, working across object, space, and experience. With a background in architecture and product design, her practice explores materials, cultural references, and everyday rituals through experimental making.
