“…I thought it was so fantastic, I just had to share it with you all.” – Sir Elton John on Roberts Balanas’ arrangement of I’m Still Standing
Roberts Balanas, who made his Royal Festival Hall and Wigmore Hall solo debuts at just 16, has since built a devoted global following for his seamless fusion of Classical, Pop and Rock – drawing attention from artists such as Elton John and members of Pink Floyd.
For one evening at Ladbroke Hall, he will bring together the worlds of Steve Reich and Arvo Pärt with his signature reimaginings of Billie Eilish, Sufjan Stevens and more, creating a sound world entirely his own.
His performances have taken him to venues including EartH Theatre and OMEARA in London, Kühlhaus Berlin, and the Latvian National Opera, alongside collaborations with major orchestras. Millions have engaged with his performances online.
This intimate London performance at Ladbroke Hall marks the beginning of his European tour, which will also bring him to Het Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Palau de la Música Catalana, Konzerthaus Berlin, and more.
