Award winning, Berlin-born, London based Vocalist SAHRA has been pipped as ‘one to watch’ by the likes of Gilles Peterson, Jazzwise and Jazz FM. Her artistic flair, faultless voice, and fresh take on jazz and neo-soul have already given her a long list career highlights. SAHRA can proudly call herself an artist in the truest sense of the word: composing, arranging and producing her own music alongside working with some of the UK’s finest musicians. 

Having graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in 2019, after accepting a scholarship to study Jazz Voice, SAHRA has since worked with Cleveland Watkiss MBE, Mark Kavuma, Orphy Robinson MBE, Ashley Henry and Dele Sosimi to name a few, performing at venues across the world including Havana Jazz Festival, Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, WOMAD, Queen Elizabeth Hall and many more. 

SAHRA works across many genres, her own music is a blend of 70’s soul music and Jazz however her roots lie in the Jazz tradition. For this show she will be performing music from the Great American Songbook alongside some of London’s finest Jazz Musicians.
