About Us:

Ladbroke Hall is our stage for the Arts celebrating creative expression and welcoming bright, curious and kind people.

Launching last year, we opened our restaurant, Pollini’s, by Emanuele Pollini, as well as introduced our cultural programme. Friday night Jazz, poetry readings, dance, theatre panel discussions, live gigs and screenings to name a few.

We are soon to open a 12,500 square foot garden and private dining room to build our private hire offering. The 43,000 square foot space also houses the London flagship for Carpenters Workshop Gallery.

Community is at the heart of Ladbroke Hall; where friends, patrons and collaborators come together whilst providing creative development opportunities for local young people.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Events Executive to join our growing team to help deliver our private events as well as assist with our cultural programme. The ideal candidate will have previous experience dealing with enquiries and delivering events.

The environment is fast paced, where no two days are the same and the role will report to the Head of Events.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering events, both large and small.
  • Exceptional interpersonal & relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deal with enquiries.
  • Proficient with CRM systems.
  • Administrative skills, including invoicing and generating quotes.
  • Energetic, proactive, and good at solving problems.
  • Ability to conduct tours of the venue and optimise spaces.
  • Work closely with operation teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Driven to develop a career in a hospitality and cultural environment.
  • Experience in a creative industry and/or hospitality a plus – not a must.
