About Us:

Ladbroke Hall in Notting Hill. Our stage for the Arts celebrates creative expression in its many forms: contemporary art, collectible design, culture, dining and music. The reimagined 43,000 square foot space will be a meeting place celebrating creative freedom.

The new offering will encompass the London flagship for Carpenters Workshop Gallery, alongside a restaurant, creative programme, photographic & recording studios and a 12,500 square foot garden.

Community is at the heart of Ladbroke Hall; where friends, patrons and collaborators will come together whilst providing creative development opportunities for local young people.


About the Role:

This is an exciting role to support within the restaurant team at a prestigious new restaurant opening in Kensington & Chelsea. Bringing an Italian fine dining flavour to West London.

With a high-profile chef designing the food concept, this will be an incredible opportunity to work in a grade listed iconic building, with an art gallery and memberships offering attached.

As a Chef de Partie you will work within the kitchen at one of the dedicated sections that will be issued to you by the Sous and Head Chef.

Skills & Experience:

  • At least 4 years’ experience working in high-end kitchens
  • You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills
  • You will possess a friendly demeanour and take genuine pleasure in supporting your colleagues
  • Level 2 in Food Safety
  • A qualification in catering and hospitality is preferable

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing ingredients, keeping your section clean, hygienic, and running smoothly
  • Cooking and presenting high quality dishes from your section, sometimes under considerable time pressure
  • Assisting the Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
  • Completing mise en place list
  • Cleaning down of kitchen
