As activists, we push for radical shifts in finance and business—ones that truly account for planetary boundaries and enable the emergence of a just and prosperous world. Yet, much of the funding and political will still serve business as usual, and we are confronted every day with aspects of a society which persuades itself it isn’t ripe for system change.
This means we often wear multiple hats, sometimes stepping into uncomfortable roles, navigating power structures that don’t fully align with our mission.
Who: The dinner will be an informal gathering of a small group of 12- 14 people from diverse backgrounds with a connection to the climate and nature agenda, and whom we know both personally and professionally to be inspiring and wonderful changemakers.
What: Our intention is to create a “backstage space” for honest discussions, explore some of the unseen threads which bind us together – and hold space for whatever needs to emerge that evening. Please come with whatever you hold that day, wish to share or learn from others.
Where: The dinner will take place in the Library at Ladbroke Hall, one of London’s foremost cultural venues. We are asking for a £50 contribution which is solely dedicated to covering the cost of food and service from Ladbroke Hall’s award-winning restaurant Pollini. When: Please aim to arrive at 7:00pm on Thursday 20th March. We will sit down for dinner at 7:30pm and expect to wrap up around 10:00pm.

One last thing: this is a personal initiative from the two of us, born purely out of a shared desire to create a meaningful space for connection – completely separate from any professional affiliations.
