Job Description

Chef Emanuele Pollini is looking for his London based team.

Emmanuele will be in London to personally interview his kitchen brigade for the upcoming Ladbroke Hall project that will be opening in Spring/Summer 2023.


Chef Emanuele Pollini will be in charge of the 60-seat restaurant. He comes to London having trained up under top Spanish chef Martín Berasategui, followed by working in Milan and Moscow for Michelin-starred chef Carlo Cracco. The menu will be Italian and he’ll be able to take fresh produce for any dish he wants from the hall’s very own kitchen garden. Outside there’s also expected to be an alfresco restaurant and private dining pavilion serving freshly cooked pizzas among other dishes

If you have the experience, passion & drive to lead the brigade you will have:

-Fine dining experience in Italian restaurants, minimum 3 rosette standard

-Have a minimum of 3 years as Senior Sous / Head Chef with 3 rosette or Michelin stars

-Understanding and/or speaking Italian is a benefit

For this position the salary will be £60,000.00 p/a

Visa sponsorship will be considered for exceptional kitchen candidates in lead positions with Italian fine dining experience.

In addition to this role Emmanuele is also looking for:

Head Pastry Chef – £50,000.00
Sous Chef – £40,000.00

CDP – £35,000.00

Italian fine dining experience essential for all positions and international applications are welcome if exceptional experience is met.
