Job Description

Ladbroke Hall is looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the opening of its new restaurant. This will be an opportunity to be part of a movement celebrating creative freedom, contemporary art, collectable design, culture, dining and music.

The perfect candidate will have:

• Proven experience of working in a leading London restaurant for over 5 years
• Experience of managing teams of 10 or more
• High level of attention to detail
• An attitude of always leading from the front
• Experience of a restaurant opening
• Experience of Italian fine dining
