Ladbroke Hall is a stage for the arts, celebrating creative expression in its many forms: contemporary art, collectible design, dance, dining, and music. Our newly refurbished 43,000 sq ft listed building is a space to rally, play, and experiment.

The Ladbroke Hall community consists of Patrons, Founding Artists supporting the cultural programme, and local initiatives.

Role Overview:

This is an opportunity for a dynamic and technically minded Marketing Manager / Digital Lead to join our growing team and create the marketing infrastructure for an innovative emerging brand, set to become one of London’s cultural landmarks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the events or hospitality industry and a passion for technology-driven marketing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on managing marketing technologies and infrastructure. Experience in the events or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM and ticketing platforms, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and manage tech stack and systems to support marketing and event planning.
  • Proactive Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and bookings for Ladbroke Hall’s events, gallery, and restaurant.
  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee the implementation and management of marketing technologies, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media management tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the events, gallery, and restaurant teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Tech Stack Setup: Setup and maintain interconnectivity of systems, working with developers and implementers to ensure data is transferred between platforms to improve customer profiles and automate processes.
  • Front-end and Customer-Facing Interactions: Manage the website front-end, working with developers to update the website with new events, messaging, customer offerings, content, and data-gathering.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the performance and quality of data in the database.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing monthly insights and recommendations to the wider team for continuous improvement.
  • PR Liaison: Weekly liaison with PR agencies to ensure communications are timely and consistent with owned channels.
  • Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote events hosted at Ladbroke Hall, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement, including ticketing systems and guest list management.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to enhance our marketing efforts.
